Description:	Interneuron that develops from NB2-1 of the thorax. These neurons form a fascicle of about 10 axons that projects contralaterally through the anterior commissure. Unlike the 2-2I of abdomen, the 2-2I fascicle of thorax does not turn anteriorly after reaching the contralateral connective.
