From NeuroLex
One of the powerful features of the NeuroLex is that it lets us create new tables for our base categories automatically through the assignment of the appropriate properties, rather than requiring us to create all possible hierarchies manually. For neurons, one of the properties that NeuroLex provides is "has neurotransmitter". This page provides links to tables of neurons from NeuroLex neuron that have been reclassified according to the neurotransmitter that is assigned to that class. To generate one of these classifications, click on an example, go to edit and copy the code that creates the table, changing the neurotransmitter to the desired target.
